# 忠实用户(Mod)

第一种mod是希望加入运营团队，通过运营团队面试筛选，并且运营团队会观察这段时间mod的工作反馈，从而判断可否加入成为运营团队。

第二种mod是不希望加入运营团队，但对参加活动有高度兴趣，尤其是PUBC对内的研讨会。

Mod人选由运营团队投票制定，无人数上限，且人选会浮动，根据该用户参与率更改权限。

作为Mod的你们，可以参与到[PIP](/pubc-whitepaper/about-us/zhi-li-kuang-jia/shen-me-shi-pip.md)的治理过程，并且希望你们代表社区的主要声音向运营团队传达意愿（包括带新人写PIP、发起不定期社区反馈留言箱等）
